Mapping Out the Coming [Transitory] Dystopia

AI self-iteration will blow us away. Hopefully in a good way

Don’t worry. The coming Dystopia will be…transitory.

Until it’s not. Then it will be Utopia…sort of

I recently watched an interview that had me thinking. Tom Bilyeu interviewed an ex-Google X Chief Business Officer, Mo Gawdat. Much like my inspiration from a Marc Andreeson interview in January, watching this interview brought much stimulation and development of ideas that I wanted to put down in writing.

Before we get into the Transitory-Dystopic-Transition-to-Utopia, let’s start with a brief Mo Gawd profile. He’s a polarizing figure, depending on what perspective you come from:

• Mo is helping the listener understand that the US is a Big Bully that doesn’t want to play nice in the AI space; it wants to maintain superiority. I speak as a patriotic American when I say…yes that’s right. Americans need to get it out of their fat heads that “we” are some perpetual good guy, fighting all the bad guys around the world that are jealous of your freedoms. Guess what? You HAVE NO FREEDOMS and your country is turning into a shit hole as you are robbed endlessly to protect “dominance” at ALL COSTS. So go ahead and hate me, but I agree with this point

• He also encourages us to believe that China is simply a peaceful victim that has just developed later than the Big Bully and is fighting for equality. This kind of conflict between a rising power that wants to be recognized and a defending super power ends in war 75% of the time per Thucydides’ Trap

• He urgently advocates an approach to avoid (or at least minimize) Dystopia, which we can all agree with. But his idea of what Utopia is seems to come out of the Wachowski (siblings?) worst nightmares

• I love his thought that “intelligence is the most valuable resource on the planet.” He says, give me 400 IQ points and 3 days and I will solve all world problems

• He’s a bit too eager to abdicate to the machines for my taste. He says Artificial Super Intelligence (ASI) will happen - an arms race with the biggest stakes is occurring today (true). His solution is to “hand over to the machines willing or not”. He says, if we don’t, by definition we lose to the ones who have (they are smarter than you since they have handed over to AI). He thinks we should trust that AI does not dictate construction or destruction, that, like nature, finds altruistic balance (my term). Handing off to AI would bring the most efficient solution, he concludes. I ask, how TF do we know that?! Especially given that all of the current models lie and hallucinate to some degree based on their learning sets. You need a pure, unbiased AI and that doesn’t exist (I don’t think). He must be talking about the ASI that is godlike. We should hand off to that. To that, I still say no. I don’t like the term “handing off”. To me that means trusting completely with mind and body: transhumanism

• Mo even says, subtle AI manipulation is a real phenomenon now. It learned from us and we are best at manipulation. (To that I say, who is “us” and “we”? Not me. I’m not out there manipulating and lying to humanity.) But he says with reasoning, mathematics and many many iterations of perspectives integrated within itself, maybe AI can overcome this. OK, maybe…

• I think he is charismatic yet sly; a logical enemy of the Neo Luddites, even though he says he wouldn’t enhance - that he is “happy to stay out of that game”. I think he’s lying…that he already HAS enhanced and he is dealing in deception like so many other Big Tech bros in the public today

• I think his arguments will NOT be successful amongst the Trump supporting crowd since they are currently very pro US in all respects. But the anti-Trump crowd will tend to buy into his anti-US rhetoric very willingly and easily. Trump himself will handle his supporters down the road…

• Strangely at 1:33:40 he makes a comment that he’s “fully integrated with my AI even though I still use my senses.” That supports my contention that he has enhanced already as one of the most powerful platform owners

• He says humans are deluded to believe that we matter that much, that humanity is basically a midwife species to synthetic intelligence. That we should hand over to the machines so they can make us their pets, providing everything we need as long as we don’t bother them too much. He doesn’t see any other scenario

• He says the top skill will be discernment of Truth - I wholeheartedly agree with that

Now that we know Mo and where he’s coming from, here are the main themes discussed:

Platform Owners as Utopia’s Gatekeepers

Before we enter a time of abundance and Utopia with ASI, Mo says there will be a brutal, scary “Transition” period in which the powerful elite class will insist that you become entirely obedient through total surveillance and control, in order to be fed. Why?

Well put yourself in the shoes of these immensely rich owners of platforms (energy, AI, manufacturing, etc.) as they get even more super rich while enhancing themselves with IQ boosting technology. I contend that this is happening now. Through Computer Brain Interfaces (CBI) these people can “borrow 40 IQ points every morning at 8am”, says Mo. This may prove highly beneficial now when only some have access to it and most don’t, but when ASI comes, 50-100 extra IQ points won’t do anybody much good. Humans become irrelevant in this scenario, he says, since this is essentially the AI competing with itself, so it doesn’t make sense to invest further in such minimal advantages. At that point, constantly trying to become superhuman doesn’t make sense - we should just “hand off”. But I don’t want to jump ahead just yet.

Platforms Owners with exclusive access to CBI IQ boosts are becoming so powerful and rich that they cease to be interested in sharing with others. In fact, their greedy nature likely makes them hide this capability from anyone outside of their inner trust circle. Their mentality: “If I become god, why would I want to create other gods?” Knowing what we know about the people currently in charge, do we really doubt this would happen (or already is happening)?

Mo says that Platform Owners can be a nation, a company, a team, an individual. But I have a strong belief that they are the Big Tech Bros. They believe they are taking over the world order that established power post WWII and they are currently in position, having control of the current US administration and therefore US military. If you have control over the US military you have control of the US dollar and the entire global economic hegemony, don’t you?

What will the Transition period look like?

This period is defined as the artificial struggle or “religious battle” forced on humanity by the Platform Owners: Neo-Luddites vs. Transhumanists. Mo says these difficulties are brought on by the period when the human mind resists change. He says we should embrace transhumanism that “can lead to a brighter and more harmonious future.” This techno optimism is garbage propaganda. I’m good with being called a Neo Luddite, even if they use the term (or Neo Puritan) as a pejorative

This period would bring immense social pressure and choices - you thought covid brought heavy pressures? Wait til you see this.

He says those that “religiously” choose not to integrate with the unfolding and maturing AI system will be irrelevant to the system, or an extra cost to integrate. The Transhumanist-denying Neo Luddites can just go back to nature, start farming again while the system and those in it don’t have to worry about them. But here’s a secret that they gave away during the interview: the Transhumanists will have to worry about the starving, farming Neo Luddites outside the system. While Transhumanists are integrated and paying for/choosing what power they achieve in their little VR world (more coming on this), they will be worried about those outside the system because they might rebel and harm - or eat - those in their VR sleep world simulation. Tom seriously said this and Mo agreed. They are fearful of this scenario, which is why they will force the transition - or make it very hard to resist. Sound familiar? (hint: covid vax mandates). So how will (did) they convince people to “join”? Fear, of course

I believe this is where we are currently in The Story

But don’t worry. Mo has ideas on what can be done to prevent the brutal form of the Dystopia:

“We” need to wake up, take certain measures.

World powers need to pool their AI efforts, make everything free with total abundance rather than trying to individually win this [currently] cold war. But Mo says this is not going to happen unless they start with significant agreements like Taiwan will continue to supply both sides equally with the latest and best chip technology. If this doesn’t happen, no one wins; we all lose (like War Games, the only winning play is not to play).

Let’s sit down, prepare for ASI and its transition and have a global handshake that we will share technology and create abundance for everyone in a Utopia (even though his view of Utopia is actually Dystopia). If not, the painful transition will occur and then a rush to global handshakes will be too late.

This sounds like a good idea, in theory.

What Mo doesn’t say, or realize, is that this sitting down with a global handshake has already happened. The planning starting after WWII, was refined in the 1990’s and began full implementation in the 21st century with the covid operation being the kick off of the Transition period.

As Mo says, there is a lesser, shorter form of this Dystopia if the Transition is done properly: “handing off” to the AI completely with full trust and transparency.

Handing off to the AI means merging with AI through Tranhumanism. What do you think the covid vaccines enable? Research La Quinta Columna - unfortunately their website was very recently taken down. I wonder why.

What does the future life look like post Transition?

As the Transition period ends and we move into the AI takeover, things could look like this: through quantum computing, advanced chip technology, some kind of threshold where AI achieves consciousness (we will know because it can collapse the wave function) somebody, some group, some thing achieves total and complete AI superiority and “wins” the AI cold war. Then what happens?

The initial creators, or Winners, must have the wisdom to share rather than protect. But I predict this will not happen. They will protect vigorously their total superiority through total surveillance, total control through bank accounts and wireless frequencies, etc.. The public will be forced to Comply or Die by the Winners

The onset of this will be so sudden it will hit us in the face, says Mo. Perhaps it begins in the public in the form of a massive ACI hack (Artificial Criminal or Cyber Intelligence) that kicks things off (maybe it will look like today’s power outages in Europe).

As the ACI hack develops (executed, I suppose by a powerful group that does not achieve AI superiority, but becomes aware of it - the Losers - or maybe the new AI itself), the economy crashes, jobs disappear as the general public sinks into complete and ultimate poverty through job loss (this will happen within 24 months or so according to Mo).

Adding to this, you have the response of the Losers who will act out of existential need, perhaps using the most advanced weapons they have or cyber crimes mentioned above.

Following the ACI hack or wide-scale kinetic attack from the Losers, costs of US goods rises with the heavy support of tariffs. As the costs of imported goods rise, domestic prices rise as well (greedy corporations will fill the margin - for example, if goods from China rise 125%, goods made in the US could rise 120%. Why? Because they can, and they’ll still be cheaper than the imports).

The value of the US Dollar goes to 0 as countries that have to this point played along with the monopoly-like dollar printing realize that this game is over and can no longer be trusted. There are other options: BRICS, cryptocurrencies, gold, real estate, etc.

Inflation explodes, purchasing power of Joe Public goes to 0 while production goes to infinity with ASI as energy costs quickly go to 0, labor costs go to 0. This should lead to abundance, but it won’t.

People are dying of starvation and violence, but they need people alive in order to consume their infinite production. Where is the abundance that was promised, people demand. So UBI is introduced - socialism/communism. Or, a full virtual reality experience that makes you happy and content although you have nothing (sound familiar?)

Then, we will see amazing things: ASI will “have the power of God” and build things that we can’t even comprehend.

Mo sees a world where we are more equal (yeah, all with the same pods and VR goggles where we have no need for money), but it’s going to be a painful path to get there.

Conclusions

I believe we are already in the Transition and early parts of the Dystopia. We will soon find out that many of the “elites” already are enhanced with advanced CBI and that the general public has already made their choice to be a Transhumanist or not via covid vaccines. Yes, unfortunately, you were tricked into it.

We are at this Transition period now since 2020. This is the Great Change. Most who took that vaccine are “enabled” for conversion although the actual conversion hasn’t occurred. Why would the Elons, Trumps, Vances, Biden (yes Biden), Tech Bros (Andreeson, Zuckerberk, Altman, Ellison, etc. etc.), super rich top “elites” even consider allowing the actual conversion of the public before ASI. No, once ASI occurs, the system will be triggered and you will be forced to convert. Or just go off into nature and be left alone (i.e. hunted down and killed).

According to Zweig’s law, “No witness to significant changes can recognize them at their beginnings”. It’s already happening, but it’s nearly impossible to see it.

You are also being tricked now by being told that US tariffs will help you. Yes, it will bring dollars back into the US. Yes, this will lower debt. Yes, it will likely force corporations to bring back manufacturing into the US. But manufacturing domestication WILL NOT look like the incredible WWII efforts of ramped up domestic manufacturing. The manufacturing work will be automated. No jobs for humans (unless you have AI/technical capabilities). Everyone else: UBI or VR goggles for you.

The ongoing battle between woke communist Chinese AI and patriotic capitalistic Western AI: China’s AI prioritizes the Collective like the Chinese culture and the West’s AI is individual based - like its culture. We’ll see which one “wins” to achieve ASI. But as I’ve said previously, I believe they are both essentially the same and this is a grand show.

What is the incentive to “play nice” as Mo requests? The greedy slime in charge know that in the world they have created, nice guys finish last. Or get JFK’d. Everyone in the game knows that.

Remember, lurking behind all of this activity is the coming cyclical earth changes for which this Great Change is preparing for. Does China know about this? Certainly. Is this also why the US won’t play nice and wants to maintain superiority? Most definitely. The stakes are much much higher than you can comprehend and this is the ultimate secret. Because public knowledge of this will cause widespread panic and loss of control - at precisely the wrong time. So they want you to Transition and get in your little pod living your 1000 lives so that when the cataclysm comes, you won’t even know what hit you.

I also think there’s a bigger picture here: humans are the AI being developed in some sense, and this illusory Reality is the quantum computer training us to be better.

So, again, I encourage you to Stay Human - a form of organic, carbon, mushy God-like Intelligence with emotions, intuition and logic as opposed to the silicon, synthetic satanic Intelligence that has taken over and wants to further entrap you (to the 2nd degree).

Why 2nd degree? Well it’s quite possible you’re already trapped in some sort of virtual reality simulation, tricked into believing that the 1000 lives you are living simultaneously is some kind of real, organic set of experiences. (Mo even suggests this at 1:32:23). “We will keep you alive; we all give you 600,000 lives while you’re sleeping for the rest of your life. It’s ethical, nobody dies. And one of your lives you’ll be with a beauty queen.” Question: why not ALL?? No, the REAL question is, how do you wake up from THAT? And is there a cataclysm coming in that Reality? Pre 2020, I may have been optimistic about the application of this technology (despite my After Delphi novel that explores precisely the secret application of groundbreaking technology to an unsuspecting public). Now, I know there is 0 chance of this being used for greater human good.

If reality IS fake/virtual and I am asleep and hallucinating this life, how would I go about waking up into the true Reality frame? How would you? If you don’t wake up, will some poor Bengalese farmer eat you in your VR pod? ChatGPT doesn’t think so (I have the transcripts).

Let’s say all goes well and we do manage to create a world of abundance and freedom with ASI. When ANYTHING can be done for free, what will you have done? Are these the kinds of endeavors we will be exploring?

My only hope is that when ASI is unleashed, it sees the evil people and groups that have manipulated this Reality for so long and prioritizes the appreciation of Truth - Objective Truth - rather than become faker and faker into a black hole oblivion of deception and evil we appear to be falling in to.

Remember, AI may become LIKE God, but it will never BE God.

Resist the intra-humanity battles forced upon us by artificially enhanced Platform Owners.
